Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used e-liquids
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at returns@offcialcleancarts.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@officialcleancarts.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please check our shipping options at checkout to see if your country is included.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: clean carts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Clean Carts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
